It’s not Echoes of Sekigahara releasing early, but Sucker Punch has launched a 29GB patch seemingly preparing it for the upcoming Complete Edition enhancement launching early next month.
As Push Square reports, though, some of the features, namely the Trophies for Echoes of Sekigahara and the Most Wanted mode were left available for the public. Naturally, though, the studio has since removed them.
The update itself was supposed to just include the Beauty of Yōtei mode as well as the transmog abilities. The former lets you go around various locations in cinematic framing with mood-matching music, while the latter lets you change armor and weapon stats so you can keep whatever outfit you like on.
