It’s been a few (3-4) years since I last had an Xbox One (I had a MCC “VCR” Xbox One) and I started to get a little nostalgic for the system, but instead of re-acquiring the ole “VCR” or upgrading to the Series X (mainly because I have a PC that can run Series X games just fine) I decided to go for a Xbox One X instead. After a lot of searching I managed to get a heck of a deal on the system (System w/all cables & 2 controllers for less than $170) and it finally arrived earlier today. So far I’ve only messed with it for a few hours and can already tell how much of an improvement it is over the ole “VCR” Xbox One even though I’ve yet to try out any of the Xbox One X enhanced games that I own. So far I’ve played some Crimson Skies & Portal: Still Alive ( I got an achievement for getting Gold on one of the challenge maps) and am looking forward to playing Goldeneye 007 as well as seeing how Halo Infinite runs/looks on the system. submitted by /u/tav7623 |
